The Wadleigh Family Cemetery (Meredith tax map coordinates S23-27) is located on the south edge of Reservoir Road next to a brook. This cemetery is 42' x 52' in size and is enclosed by granite, fieldstone walls with the front and right wall faced with large cut pieces of granite. The entranceway has a wrought iron gate flanked by 2 cut stone gateposts. All the gravestones within this cemetery are upright and in good condition (as of the writing of this description) and there are some plain fieldstones marking graves in this cemetery. The Wadleigh Cemetery is rectangular in shape with all the burials interred diagonally across the center of the cemetery. There are 7 known, marked graves in the Wadleigh Family Cemetery.
