B’nai Jeshurun Cemetery is a non-profit Jewish cemetery owned and operated by Congregation B’nai Jeshurun of Short Hills, New Jersey. Founded in 1848, B’nai Jeshurun is the oldest Reform Jewish congregation in Essex County, New Jersey. The cemetery grounds were opened in the 1800’s when the land was purchased from the neighboring Evergreen Cemetery, a national landmark.
